01 / Fragmented records
Important context lives in too many places.
Invoices, chats, PDFs, inspection notes, and memory all compete to describe the same vessel. Marly gives that context a structured home.

Yacht Management Made Easy
For yacht owners, captains, and managers who want every vessel ready before it matters.
Marly gives yacht owners a structured view of vessel systems, inspections, service intervals, and maintenance actions, so every adventure starts with clearer confidence.
Vessel state
System health, maintenance schedules, and service history held together.
Attention
Clear prioritization for what deserves review next.
Maintenance orchestration
Handle tasks yourself or issue requests to contractors. Marly makes contractor interactions simple.
Problem
01 / Fragmented records
Invoices, chats, PDFs, inspection notes, and memory all compete to describe the same vessel. Marly gives that context a structured home.
02 / Unclear preparation
Owners need to know which systems deserve attention before a yard period, passage, or handover turns routine work into rushed decisions. Marly helps you apply preventive maintenance before it's too late.
03 / Priorities without traceability
Marly separates what matters now from what can wait, with recommendations that remain tied to the underlying system, component, and part context.
Our Solution
Marly is designed the way yachts are engineered: vessels are systems, systems hold functional components, and components connect to real parts. Built-in processes and AI help surface what deserves attention next while you stay in control of approvals and vendor coordination.

How it works
01
Onboard your vessel(s) with a structured vessel model that keeps critical onboard equipment, service history, and actions in one place. Want to skip the manual onboarding? Have the Marly crew handle the onboarding for you.
02
Review health and priority signals across systems and decide what to handle yourself and what to request from contractors.
03
Issue requests to contractors and book the best offer, or get going yourself.
04
Push pictures, receipts, notes, etc. to Marly to keep your vessel history and maintenance records in one place.
Feature pillars
A single-view overview of critical onboard equipment, health status, and proposed maintenance actions.
Schedules and inspection signals are tied to real equipment context, not generic reminders. Prioritize what to handle yourself and what to request from contractors.
Keep track of installed, onboard spare, offboard, ordered, removed, and retired items.
Pre-built and customisable inspection checklists tied to your vessel's systems and components — run pre-departure, post-charter, post-passage, or seasonal checks and keep every result on record.
A structured history of every maintenance action, inspection result, and part change — logged automatically or manually, so you always know what was done, when, and by whom.
A dedicated log for passages, charter handovers, and operational notes — kept alongside your vessel's maintenance history for complete context.
Who it is for
If preparedness, safety margins, and long-term upkeep matter more than flashy dashboards, Marly fits how you already think.
01
Private yacht owners who want clarity across every system.
02
Captains and managers supporting careful owners.
03
Charter companies that need to know the state of the vessel before and after every charter.
04
Service providers who need better context before work begins.

About
Marly Marine was founded by us, Stjepan and Knud—two engineers and lifelong watersports enthusiasts with a shared ambition: to make vessel ownership simpler, more transparent, and more accessible. Drawing on our technical backgrounds and firsthand experience on the water, we set out to create a better way to manage, maintain, and enjoy a vessel. Our aim is to give owners greater clarity and confidence, reduce the complexity of ownership, and ultimately create more time for what matters most: being on the water.
